[OBLIGATORY INFORMATION] According to art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016. (GDPR) we inform you that: 1. The administrator of your personal data is Recbold Sp. z.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as Recbold) with its registered office in Warsaw, located on ul. Adama Branickiego 18/149, 02-972 Warsaw, contact: biuro@recbold.pl 2. The protection of processed personal data is extremely important to us. That is why we have appointed a Data Protection Officer with whom you have the right to contact on the subject of personal data protection by electronic means by writing to the e-mail address: iod@recbold.pl 3. Your personal data is processed on the basis of voluntary agreement expressed through contact (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the GDPR) or has been obtained by Recbold from information provided voluntarily by the person whose data is processed on websites (e.g. Linkedin, pracuj.pl, Goldenline, etc.), which is justified by the specific needs of the Administrator as an entity professionally dealing with personnel consulting (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR). 4. Recbold does not process confidential data. 5. Personal data will be processed: a) In order to carry out recruitment processes provided by Recbold for its clients - entities interested in employing candidates. b) In order to contact potential job candidates and present job offers to them, and to enable contact and interviews with potential employers. c) On the basis of other consents granted so far within the scope of these agreements. 6. Personal data may be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area), for which the European Commission has issued a decision on the appropriate level of personal data protection; in such cases, the data will be transferred in accordance with generally applicable law with the provision of appropriate safeguards, based on standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, as well as on the basis of personal data entrustment agreements. Personal data transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area) will only be transferred to organizations located in the United States. You are eligible to receive a copy of data transferred to a country outside the EEA (European Economic Area). 7. Recbold stores your personal data for a period of up to 3 years from the moment they were obtained or last updated by you, which is justified by the validity of data related to the candidate's skills and competencies and the suitability of this data for use in the recruitment processes. Personal data after the above-mentioned period will be permanently deleted from IT systems unless you give your consent, and we will inform you about such intention in advance. 8. Recbold allows access to your personal data and the permission to edit, delete, and limit processing, the permission to transfer data, the permission to object to processing, and the permission to withdraw consent at any time. You can submit your right to the Administrator at any time. For this purpose, please send an e-mail to iod@recbold.pl, inserting Personal Data Protection in the subject, and describing which of the permissions you want to exercise in the content. 9. Recbold informs you about the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority when you consider that the processing of personal data by us breaches the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) or other provisions regarding the processing of personal data. 10. The processing of personal data by Recbold is necessary for the implementation of recruitment processes. If you do not provide personal data or withdraw your consent to their processing, all recruitment processes with your participation will be terminated. 11. Recbold, as part of the recruitment processes, profiles personal data on the basis of criteria related to the characteristics of natural persons - potential employees - in particular education, skills, and professional experience, in order to select candidates who meet the requirements of interested employers. 12. You can object to the profiling of your data at any time, however, the lack of profiling may prevent us from properly implementing recruitment processes towards you and thus exclude you from participation in some of the recruitment projects. 13. Recbold does not make automated decisions based on profiling personal data. Each decision regarding specific candidates, pre-selected on the basis of profiling, is preceded by a detailed analysis performed by a Recbold consultant.
